Welcome to IJIRT. We appreciate your interest in submitting your research to our journal. To ensure a smooth submission process and maintain the high standards of our publication, please carefully review and adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Scope and Focus

IJIRT publishes original research articles, reviews, case studies, and short communications across a wide range of disciplines [include specific areas of focus]. 2. Manuscript Preparation

2.1 General Requirements

  • Language: All manuscripts must be written in English. Authors whose primary language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission.
  • Originality: The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Word Count: Research articles should not exceed 10000 words, including references and figures. Review articles may have a higher word count, subject to editor approval.
  • Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using a standard word processing program (e.g., Microsoft Word) and saved as .doc or .docx files.

2.2 Manuscript Structure

  • Title Page:
    • Title of the manuscript (concise and informative)
    • Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors
    • Corresponding author’s contact details
    • Acknowledgment of funding sources, if applicable
  • Abstract: A concise summary of the research (150-250 words) that includes the objective, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that best describe the content of the manuscript.
  • Main Text:
    • Introduction: Brief background, the rationale for the study, and research objectives.
    • Methods: Detailed methodology, including study design, data collection, and analysis methods.
    • Results: Clear presentation of findings, with appropriate use of tables and figures.
    • Discussion: Interpretation of results, implications, and comparison with existing literature.
    • Conclusion: Summary of key findings and potential future research directions.
  • References: Follow IJIRT's preferred citation style, [APA/MLA/Chicago/etc.]. Ensure all references cited in the text are included in the reference list.
  • Tables and Figures: Include these in the manuscript after the references section. Each table/figure should have a descriptive title and legend where applicable.

2.3 Supplementary Materials

Authors may submit supplementary materials (e.g., data sets, videos, additional figures) that will be published online alongside the article. These should be clearly referenced in the manuscript.

3. Submission Process

3.1 Online Submission

3.2 Peer Review Process

  • Ethical Approvals: Research involving human participants or animals must have obtained the necessary ethical approvals. Authors should include a statement of ethical approval in the manuscript.

5. Post-Acceptance

5.1 Proofs

After acceptance, authors will receive page proofs for final approval. Authors must review the proofs carefully and return them within 10 days. Only minor corrections are allowed at this stage.

5.2 Publication Fees
