1. Responsibilities of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is original and free from plagiarism. Any work or words of others must be appropriately cited or quoted. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected, and authors may be barred from future submissions.

Data Integrity: Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data presented in their manuscripts. Data must be reported truthfully, and any fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting is strictly prohibited.

Authorship and Contributions: All listed authors should have made significant contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. Individuals who did not contribute substantially should not be listed as authors. Any changes in authorship (addition or removal of authors) after submission must be approved by all authors.

Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation of their research. This includes financial, personal, or professional relationships with organizations or individuals that may affect the objectivity of the research.

Multiple Submissions: Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Submitting the same work to multiple journals is unethical and unacceptable.

Human and Animal Rights: Research involving human participants or animals must comply with relevant ethical standards and guidelines. Authors must provide evidence of ethical approval from appropriate institutional review boards or ethics committees.

2. Responsibilities of Reviewers

Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents. They must not share, discuss, or disclose any details of the manuscript to anyone outside the review process.

Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively and without bias. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate, and feedback should be constructive, aimed at improving the manuscript.

Timeliness: Reviewers are expected to complete their reviews within the agreed-upon time frame. If a reviewer feels unqualified to review the manuscript or cannot meet the deadline, they should notify the editor immediately.

Conflict of Interest: Reviewers should disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from the review process if they feel unable to provide an impartial evaluation.

3. Responsibilities of Editors

Fair Play: Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the quality and relevance of the manuscript, without regard to the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, citizenship, or political philosophy.

Confidentiality: Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and ensure that any information about a manuscript is only disclosed to those involved in the publication process.

Conflict of Interest: Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest, whether financial, personal, or professional.

Publication Decisions: The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript is the responsibility of the editor. This decision should be based on the manuscript's importance, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Handling of Ethical Complaints: Editors are responsible for addressing any ethical complaints related to a submitted or published manuscript. If ethical concerns are raised, the editor will follow established procedures, which may include contacting the author(s) and institution(s) involved and taking appropriate action.

4. Responsibilities of the Journal
