  • Abstract:
  • now day’s optimal machining parameters are of great concern in manufacturing environment, where economy of machining operation plays a key role in competitiveness in the market drilling is an essential machining process which requires a lot of attention as in most of the cases it is required for assembly purposes. Assembly problems arise due to the improper geometrical tolerances like cylindricity, circularity, perpendicularity and position errors are responsible for such assembly problem. The lift-check valve in disc (plug) is slide on the cover. The geometry of these mating parts plays a vital role. If the tolerance is improper then the fluttering problem will arise at high pressure so these two parts have to be proper tolerance for fulfill our requirement. This valve is widely used in petroleum, chemistry, water treatment industries. For high pressure and high temperature application CF8M material widely use. Major of the holes produced in the component for the purpose of assembling are cut with the help of VMC machine. In this study the variable parameters the affect much are taken as input parameters. They are spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut and output parameters are as cylindricity and perpendicularity
