  • Abstract:
  • Digital disruption is real, it is happening now, and it has started to disrupt every aspect of the business and affect every company and industry. The extent, speed, and stakes of market change are all increasing. IMD Studies reveal that 4 of the top 10 market leaders on an average will be displaced by digital disruption in the next five years. Time to disruption is increasing – 40% of customers feel like they will be disrupted within 1-3 years. More than 80 percent of all companies say digital disruption will have a significant impact on their businesses. However, most organizations struggle to transform. Nearly, 90% of digital transformations fail to meet expectations. Based on the studies and observation I have done; I am going to share some key pointers on how we should go about digital transformation.
